Living on the border

Life on the Border ,Im 60 miles from the nearest town and its all dirt roads,Very seldom do I see Border Patrol ,Animals are the only company ,The ranch is was built in 1893 and not much has changed ,

Johnny Ringo .He would have been forgotten ,except for two fiction movies (Wyatt Earp,@Tombstone) Both movies butchered his caracter .But because of the movies ,he has become bigger in death then in his real life.

People wanted to know what it was like to hike the Paria River Canyon ,After all its a river so it should be flat .Most pictures are taken when you can do it safely One thing that you learn fast is how and where to cross to avoid quick sand ,Then there is the flash flood damage and the many boulders to maneuver around ,I did this hike in October to avoid the heat and was wanting to avoid deep water.There are plenty of springs with fresh safe water ,I did this hike in five days making my way downstream from Utah to Lees Ferry Az.
